RGI, through its AAA membership system MEMBERzplus TM, will be able to market and sell the services of Intrep. Intrep is an inside sales outsourcing firm with knowledge and expertise in member retention. Intrep offers the techniques and marketing strategies necessary to market members in the retention cycle. Intrep’s Auto Club Renewals program exclusively services AAA clubs across the country. Intrep utilizes work-at-home renewal specialists that provide the AAA clubs with higher renewal rates, best-in-breed technology and sophisticated MRM practices. Intrep and Ross Group Inc have partnered to develop a fully integrated membership renewal program. Jack Sands is the CEO of Intrep and has been selected as a finalist in 2003 and 2004 for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
