Mark Ross: CEO

Mr. Ross has over 25 years of IT and business management experience and has led the Ross Group since it was founded in 1994. Mr. Ross served over seven years in the US Air Force where he worked as a program manager responsible for budgets in excess of $50M. He has been in the consulting industry since 1988, serving in program manager and technical management positions. While working for Tybrin Corporation, Mr. Ross was the prime manager of the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS II) rewrite for the USAF. JOCAS is used extensively throughout the Air Force including labs at Wright-Patterson, Test Wings at Eglin AFB and Edwards AFB and numerous other AF organizations across the world. Mr. Ross has a Master of Science in Engineering degree (emphasis in Computers and Information systems) from The University of Texas and Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering, math, and chemistry.

Steve Woody: Senior Vice-President - Government Solutions

Mr. Woody joined the Ross Group in 1995 as a senior managing partner in the company and is currently the Senior Vice-President of Government Solutions. Previously Mr. Woody worked under TRW and CSC with the US Air Force for over five years as the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) lead DBA Manager and provided a lead role in building the Integrated Database (IDB) which was designed to track Air Force positions and personnel resources at all worldwide Air Force bases. Mr. Woody has over 27 years of IT experience, over 22 years of project and team management, over 20 years of business management experience, and over 16 years working with the Department of Defense. Mr. Woody’s strengths come from the combination of a detailed IT background specializing in various technologies, project management, business process management, DoD services, and technical proposal writing. Mr. Woody has a Master of Arts (MA) in Management from The McGregor School at Antioch University, a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Business from Western Michigan University, and is an Honor Graduate of Control Data Institute (CDI) in Computer Programming.
